Region Contractors, LLC is a company focused on commercial construction work in the Midwest and surrounding area. Region provides construction services for the commercial marketplace. The two partners have over 50 years experience in the industry.
Region offers general contracting and construction management services for the commercial, medical, office, light industrial, and retail markets. Region can provide a complete turnkey project for you that includes site evaluation, feasibility, construction financing, design, and construction.

Project Planning
Essential to the success of any project is understanding the operations, staffing, and requirements for the project that need to be translated into a building concept. We work with our clients to identify all the functions, uses, and equipment necessary to be incorporated into the building and site requirements.
Feasibility Studies
Working with a Concept Plan, we will determine the functionality, issues, and financial implications of the various concepts and options to verify that the project budget is sufficient. We can also review various finishes, mechanical, structural, and electrical systems to select the best option for long term benefit and life cycle costs.
Financing
Region Contractors has a network of financial representatives that can assist you in financing your project. Our network consists of bankers, developers, and appraisers. We have completed projects utilizing construction loans, SBA loans, and other means. Region can develop an overall financial pro forma that will verify your owner costs, lease/tenant costs, and operating costs. This assistance and process can verify the success of your project.
Design/Build
The Owner’s preferred Concept Plan is designed for aesthetics, efficiency, functionality, and conformance to approved criteria. Design extends to all engineering disciplines as well as the architectural character of the finished building. We can provide turnkey services, including design for your project.
Construction
Region Contractors provides construction services for your project. Knowledgeable in the local subcontractor market, excellent vendor relations and a strong management team will deliver your project to your satisfaction.
Construction Management
Region Contractors provides a Project Manager to oversee your project from bidding to construction, independent objectives, and detailed management of your project through the entire project schedule.
